What they have produced is a dream , a animated HX that is now reality , which has been proven to work and has so far built 2 structures fully completed and the commercial build fully tenanted, the challenge they have taken on is immense imo . Agree they are arrogant, and have failed as far as being transparent and straight forward to their shareholders imo , but I can’t deny their brilliance, imo they have produced exactly what they promised but unfortunately have jumped the gun on commercialisation and timelines, that could also be the reason why they are never straight forward on their announcements so as to cover their ass after being caught . However after taking everything into consideration I really think that they have come to the end of their journey as far as development goes with HX and are now at a crucial stage of proving viability and signing contracts . Slow and steady as she goes .
