as for your spp theory, has nothing to do with it imo, spp is only a small incentive by management for investors to accumulate a few more at a discount, the dilution will be very minimal, the way the share price is going not many will bother taking up the spp imo, two very significant announcements by ORP since April & the market has not botherd to take interest, all comes down to on market backers, you dont have them the market does not aggresively jump on as there is no market to sell out, if managmeent can solve this problem by attracting a reputable insto/broker on board watch the differance it will make with the share price...
