Maybe this deal won't happen like it looks! Appears to me, Anglo Gold has right to match bid. Why wouldn't they, Tropicana is one of the lowest cost gold mines in Australia and with ore body open at depth. Break fee is either $25 mill or $40 mill for Regal depending whether its announced before or after fund raising. So if this deal does fall over, funding is ready for McPhilamy. Which ever was it goes Regal will be a winner.
