Thanks for posting, even though I am a meat eater I have cooked many vegetarian sausages and patties for the vegos in the family and I have tried most type, yet to find one that actually tastes good imo but the market is huge and I think this alone will be a very good market for JAT if they get it right.I think you are right there are a few very interesting updates to come and should get this moving and on the radar!
