Their analysis is not the same as a broker report.
When a broker does a report and price evaluation it tends to be done with alot of research into the company.
Morning star quantative tend to use an algorithim based on trading patterns and past performances to give what they deem a "fair evaluation"
Im just making sure that you know there is a clear difference between the particular report you are reading and when a broker puts a report out with a price target.
