Their "concerns" have been addressed ad nauseam. I'm afraid that they are stuck in the past, afraid of the future, and won't help themselves while they are supported by Denmark. It's what happens when you give handouts without demanding something in return.
The only way to get Greenland moving is to cut off their funding, give them their independence, and wish them luck. It's called "tough love", and it may seem cruel, but it works.
