    it's a snatch and grab, shameless.
    I don't have a problem with compensating and even rewarding someone for great work, but at this point in time, MAY has not got a drill date for Cuba or a partner for Beehive. Yet the Board has the time to draft a 500K+ pay packet and expect shareholders to approve. Happy to pay the man $1M a year if Cuba and Beehive are drilled. Nothing wrong to reward the Board if shareholders are also rewarded. Looking at this release, shareholders are left with the bill.

    Looking at this month's price movement and volume for MAY, the market doesn't believe Beehive will go ahead this year and Cuba is pushed out to Q4. I don't believe there's any strong reason for shareholders to support this employment agreement. You got to do some real work before you get pay.
