Phish is right on many levels but so is the Reddit type ramper in that value was to be had,

Not sure now where current value is, yet the market's V shaped recovery has surprised nearly all, and a substantial U recovery has IMO been swept up in it.

PEN is high risk, but so are many and yes, global U over-supply is still very evident.

The valuation of many stocks are at breaking point so I await a 2021 correction whilst still trading away.

GL to those that don't know what they are doing and find that luck is on their side whilst crazed retailers reign.

It's symptomatic of a new wave of on-line traders with a few pennies in their pockets, yet as we've found out, a multitude of pennies can make a short term wave for those who can capitlise on the current phenomenon.
