These all need to be finalised then DRILLING commences.
The time frame for this is anyone's guess but clearly all requirements to drill are well into advanced stages and cannot be far from finalisation. Unfortunately, I cannot see any announcement in my opinion until all 3 dot points can be reviewed to warrant and support any decision.
It will be a fat YES from Keith PITT (in my opinion) but I think he needs all the requirements to be satisfied before he pulls the trigger.
