below's all the "substantiation" from ASX Announcements for my "moderated" post showing em1 stinks:
"i've never seen a company dilute itself, punish its shareholders, like this: why is management diluting shareholders ~25% by selling up to a quarter of the company (237M new shares) to an underwriter for 2 cents per share, just to raise up to $4.7M, while also giving the underwriter a very large handout (6%, & millions of options)."
