What are you on about? The market would already value these into a fully diluted market cap. It also adds a nice chunk of coin into the kitty which gives us a lot of cash in the bank so no concerns around a CR.
add to this the already tight capital structure where SOI is less than 200m when fully diluted, I dont see your concern as a real issue. imo.
