Few points here.
It is a interesting company which is more like IT Company cash converter than bnpl. it has a nicely vetted customer sale website with bnpl options. The difference is the company is servicing the US poor or discredited population of about 120 mil people compared to ours 23 mil. With Biden’s policy, the company will benefit greatly from the free money printing to the US economy.
the directors are of high caliber and works in PayPal, google or “helping the poor” organisations, they should know the underlying conditions of the less privileged people’s conditions in the country.
The financial metrics are all pointing up. It is growing at fast pace. Just watch the bad debt provision. If zip is doing well with 100% growth with the US backing, this company should have a great year too so far. It needs another additional $35 mil revenue to be profitable based on the last report.
in regards to valuation, it is sitting at $120 mil market cap with about $27 mil cash. So we are paying for about $100 mil MC for a fast growing company. A few millions profits should propels it nicely in next 1-2 financial reports.
