The Goldman view was basically what I said several months ago, when you look forward a bit, FMG is expensive relative to BHP and RIO.
BUT that's based on iron ore prices falling which I think is a very reasonable assumption.
However, if after all that, FMG is still valued around $19 by Goldmans... that leaves a lot of upside if any of their assumptions are wrong.
