They raised the margin for HDR with a GSO some months ago to 15%. All others are/were 5% (they also recently raised OSH to 15% with Guaranteed Stop Order [GSO]). This was explained as them being "overexposed" on the GSOs.
Before I ring them to check - have you recently bought HDR CFDs at 5% margin (with no GSO)?
