Its not insider trading that is the issue... its the fact that HC is not where you should obtain financial advice. Most of us are " hacks" with varying degrees of knowledge and opinions, none of which should be considered as direction or advice for others to follow. The vast majority are not professionally trained to provide advice and if they were HC is not the medium to provide it.
Use HC as a guide to your own decision making process. Do your own research and make investment decisions based upon your judgement and own analysis. If you struggle with that, then seek independent professional advice to help you, but HC is not the place to seek that.
You can ask for people opinions, not what you should do.
