in fact the neutral toilets has come about primarily in being responsive to transsexual people. just not sure how thoughtful it is for others but there you are. I would much rather use a single sex one though i noticed that men would often come out of the toilet together appearing to have reached agreement on some business matter. i always thought that maybe women should have access to the men's toilets, if for no other reason to know what they were discussing.
