Hey vendor, here's a short summary for ya

Debt is due on Mon, either

a) they can't pay the debt and there is no agreement - they become insolvent

b) the enter into an agreement whereby the debt is paid or doesnt have to be paid, in which case it is information likely to have a material effect on the s.p. and has to be announced.



If you are going to keep saying 'no, nothing has to happen' at least provide something to back it up
