If you bought at $1, that's probably about 12 months ago. And if you do decide to sell it might be worth checking your date of purchase. Tax-wise, when you have held your asset for over 12 months there is a 50% discount applicable to your Capital Gains Tax calculation in your Income Tax Return. Best to be on the right side of the 12 months period than to fall short in the time that you have held the shares.
