APT note holders will be screaming... LOL (circa $180, when SP was $150, for a $1.5bn Val, best 2026, on their multiples.... yeah right! very little upside can risk for note holders IMO).
Z1p - 2028 vest with a strike price of a large premium at today's price, especially at the multiples were at in comparison to APT, huge huge upside vs risk for note holders
