Guys if Fortis demand their money back on the 8th & Marion have no means to pay, Fortis can force administration etc.

If Marion & Fortis are still negotiating, or for a myriad of other reasons Fortis are happy or don't want to go down the above path, then Fortis would not demand repayment & life goes on.

    Simple as that.

Fortis obviously would only use option 1 above as a last resort, just as most companies do with their debtors. You don't go straight to that path without first negotiating to see what is being done about the debt etc. If GS can get at least the outstanding amount Fortis would be satisfied, we all know GS will get much more.

I personally think Marion would have no problems either rolling over with Fortis + extra capital, or doing the same with someone else. Just my opinion.

The market obviously is no more worried today than it was when the Quarterly was released a month ago (32c sp compared with todays 36c).

Neovre , still waiting for your response, re your claims Directors can be prosecuted or worse for giving out sensitive information (an example) and that GS cannot walk away from the sales process of marion due to contractual reasons.

Quite fine by me if you admit you were wrong and retract those outlandish claims. (we all get carried away trying to prove a point sometimes.)
