The ethic, the ideal of science is to not use value judgements of any kind. yet throughout universities and research centres there've been issues of grants applications desperate to complete their studies and rumoured, or reported less often, of corrupt arrangements..... or researchers wasting tax payers money on unnecessary projects merely for a doctorate....
