But if the company structure is broken and unable to fund PEP-11, in the scenario the second application gets approved (which is still with NOPTA, so it could be months away, because we all know the first application has its problems...) then I would need the company to be able to fulfill its permit conditions otherwise it could be a trap for me to buy in and have the company fail to drill because they couldn't fund it.
