That doesn't seem all that appealing, depending your entire business into a single ecosystem is a recipe for disaster. It becomes a trap where you are unable to integrate with other services that may be better. Cool, the apps work standalone but there is no API from what I can see so you can't really customize or expand.

Couldn't find much info on the technical details or quality, I assume the development work was outsourced to India, which is a big problem in terms of maintaining the product in the future. Correct me if I'm wrong on this, just the vibe I got from their extremely slow website.

Overall reeks to me like a jack of all trades master of none approach. To me this company is just selling plugins for services like Xero and Shopify? Which I feel like those companies already provide services for majority of the "apps" you listed.
