Why exactly would a director buy shares trading at the time for 12 cents for 20 cents?
No doubt he would have loved to exercise the shares with a health profit, however it would be ridiculous to buy them under those circumstances.
In regards to buying additional shares - it is good that he has a decent chunk. There are many many companies where directors have little more than a token holding if that.
