Quite clearly Inca Minerals has a lot of good news to share.
They're also putting it all out there as it comes to hand or accelerating news flow prior to the Alice Conference.
This is where a major or a tonne of new investors will come in and boost the share price.
ICG are simply putting their best foot forward which is in the interest of the shareholders.
They haven't forgotten about OB holders too which is good.
There's been some delays in Peru which they've explained so they'll release permit news as it comes through.
Why this in being looked at spin or subterfuge is beyond me.
What's more is the majority of commentators who are most irate on Peru are non-holders!
Actual holders just appear to be venting due to waiting / bureaucracy / or that fact that it's out of ICG's control.
If you're looking to comment on a frustrating government related mining permitting issue go post on GGG.

It's only being looked at negatively by a couple of down rampers who are probably agitating for a lower price to enter.

Just ignore the mosquitos, Inca are on to something exciting.
