The time pressure is that FAR expects the completion of the WPL sale if it proceeds to take some weeks ... I get the impression that means up to a month. So the vote on the sale needs to happen ASAP and certainly before 3 May as the drop dead date is 3 June. So this adjournment has to be the last.
