A little room out the back of the ASX is actually where something is deemed as sensitive or not. Its objective, its not up to us. I called them in October last year and spoke at lentgh on sensitivities, disclosures and the finer details of a few aspects of the reporting requirements.
So it wasnt deemed sensitive this time...considering the fundamentals i wonder if it indicates that the ASX view the sale as a pending sale and a all prevailing fundamental therefore.
