There are plenty of hurdles still to come.
Chair and then lawyer CONFIRMED that the Remus proposal IS a formal takeover offer. That's important for us.
He confirmed that the offer will be unconditional once those two matters are fulfilled.
FAR and s/h cannot get anywhere until a Bidders Statement is received by FAR and s/h.

So the issue now is, can Remus get their Bidders Statement approved by authorities, and into the hands of s/h, with enough time for FAR board to provide a recommendation to s/h, before April 28th meeting???

I can imagine all sorts of hurdles, because I have read many coys very often are queried by ASIC over their Bidders Statement.

FAR stated that it was Allan Grey who virtually demanded the meeting be postponed for 14 days. They have about 13%.
So clearly they are interested in considering Remus proposal - so am thinking they want out, they want to take money and run??
