IMO, Aussie over 70s not in aged care are being short changed by the Government
in giving them "Astra Zeneca" or nothing.

The world is being drip-fed Astra Zeneca information:
-Mid March halt to its roll out in the EU
-blood clotting reports in Europe & Canada
-Canada halting the under 55s AZ vaccinations
    -Eorope following suit
-we followed Europe in recommending Pfizer for the under 50's (amazing leadership...eh?(Like Spike Milligan-Follow me & I'll be right after you"!
    -Denmark has completely banned it
    -J&J similar to AZ.
    -Whats next?
-"Ask the over 70s to walk on Red at the Pedestrian Crossing !!!!!........(Aged pension reduction scheme)

But its "Astra Zeneca for all 1b (over 70s) or its nothing" according to Qld Health.

For an over 70 with blood clotting issues and on medication for low platelets (two side effects of AZ)
this is a nightmare which the Government doesn't seem to recognise with its "one size fits all" mass approach.
Surely those on anti-blood clot and low platelet medications should not be given AZ which has both blood
clotting and platelet issues; so much so that the patient has to sign a "defacto disclaimer" before
receiving the shot to minimise Government , doctor's 7 AZ legal responsibility.

Forcing the over 70s with blood clotting and blood platelet issues to an "Astra Zeneca or its nothing" dictum is unconscionable , IMO,
and it is causing enormous anxiety in this segment of the aged population.

If this were to be happening in China we'd be vociferously objecting!
