@SeeTheWorld there are a few errors in the report.

Nit picking... I think they need to update Martin Rowley's grammar checker.... “Galaxy is in a prime position to leverage its portfolio of world class assets to meet an electric-vehicle lead lithium demand surge.” - led???

Also, the report says that Anthony Tse has no current directorships, but on the Li-Cycle website it shows him as a non-executive director.




Probably doesn't matter too much, though one other thing that I noticed is that it appears that Anthony doesn't do very much.



He is not on any committees; in fact, he is the only one that doesn't need to do anything except flick on his Zoom for a board meeting 7 times a year.



He is not required to give any notice, which seems to designate very little value towards what he brings to the company, yet remuneration wise he is the 2nd biggest earner.

Other than having a bucket load of shares that he collected over the years at no cost to himself... what does Anthony Tse do these days to earn his keep?
