Fair call if that was the case I agree, just thought they might have provided an indication in the same loan payment announcement. From memory the finance was 10-11% pa when you include the fees (happy to stand corrected) and I was assuming if the facility was rolled/extended there would be further fees, if not though it’s cheap as you say and worth keeping. Probably not a big deal in the overall scheme of things.
