Agree with most of the comments that have been posted here already today.
Issue is excellent for non-holders looking to take advantage of a cheap entry now.
Theoretically, SP should fall be value of rights on morning of ex-entitlement. But in practice, its likely to list at a premium to this theoretical value.
Mngmt could have priced it at a 15-for-40 or thereabouts and still got the capital imo.
Good entry re-16th.
16th is final date to buy CUM-RIGHTS.
