Some decent points here and I agree that the auditors are the ones we employ to catch this stuff. But then again, here we are with accusations from a new management team that seems to be running around like a headless chook. I say that because KPMG clearly don't agree with the statement that fraud has taken place. Sure they could be covering their own ass... but seems unlikely. I also can not help but notice our new CFO who seems to have kicked off this mess has had something like 7 jobs in the past 10 years (according to his linked in). Now to most this is nothing to be concerned about, but to me I'm sorry to mwa this screams red flag. Before this current mess even started the bloke buggered up several bloody things in what could only be described as amateur hour. And this whole thing has been one Fup after another. So yea, I can not say I have any confidence in the new CFO. It certainly doesn't scream that he cares about company loyalty, shareholder or the like, and I bet he won't around long in the coming years. Now bare in mind the auditors wouldn't be denying these charges if they weren't certain they could prove they are right. KPMG is also cashed up with top notch in-house legal team. Wouldn't recommend that route.

IMO legal action will only negatively impact the company more. It will keep costing share holders an arm and a leg, god knows what our current legal fees are already up to!!!! I also don't agree that the Banton Group is the best in the game, they look like some 3rd tier hustlers looking for a shake down pay out. Sorry if this account is them, but that's what this is. The fact this account is advocating for a quick pay out screams what I just suggested. I don't like lawyers so with all due respect (not) P$$ 0Ff.
