As per my previous post, I'm going to guess an international business has run the numbers post offer from PowAR and Mercury and decided to give it some serious due diligence. I'm going to assume they like what they saw, and are now in final discussions and negotiations with management.
There are now two questions I pose:
1. How much more would they offer compared to PowAR and Mercury. I'm going to guess 2-5% + maybe a quicker transactions also compared to 4 months.
2. Will PowAR and Mercury come back for it again and offer a counter bid? AGL seems pretty desperate for exposure to renewables.
