solarfeen, you really need to do some reading, Silex are talking about triple junction perhaps more? and no the crystaline silicon isn't one of them, and no these thin films don't have to be added to a silicon cells but it makes sense to do so, either one that has already been purchased or a new one, HOW much are your InGaN cells going to fully cost, lets just wait and see hey, we are going around in circles here, but please do some reading before we discuss this further, to get some understanding about what we are talking of!
