Being a beurocratic investment house tied to governance and protocols, there's speculation in posts that this is an organised transfer, my thoughts where initially this could be done off market to avoide the noise , but I would assume it isn't due to the nature and politics of the IFC , that requires a distance to not be seen as corruption or collusion- thoughts on this please?
