    From the coal face. Davey rd side of Garden City, concrete panels going up, may not be aggressive but it sure is quick, efficient & makes a lot of sense to me.
    Finance, dump all the QC bullshit, surely AMP board can do all the lease (diss)agreements themselves. Yes I mean actually work for a living & provide a fairer environment for all concerned. Retail lease contracts the size of "War & Peace" which absolutely crucify the smaller tenants (sometimes) into bankruptcy are obviously wrong. Plenty of dodgy business been going on & the consumer pays. Many, many consumers are already avoiding the place. Garden City provides no services that are not available within close proximity, sometimes closer & provide superior access. AMP, you wrote the rules. Live & die by your own sword, imo.
