The doubt bit is human but the delays in any bureaucracy are simply typical

They are dealing with a severely impacting situation with corona. We have been very lucky over here and I think we sometimes forget how bad it is elsewhere. A few days here or there means nothing in the scheme of things. One project I was involved in took 2 years longer than expected to get a mining licence but they still got it and I still made money. Not suggesting that long here, just saying there are always little delays...it's just the nature of the beast.
