It's really amazing how absolutely stupid some people are. A law should be enacted to stop them from participating in the market until they pass sixth grade.

A director shouldn't hold shares in a company through a company holding but should hold them in his own name??

A director should exercise options in a company when the exercise price is over market as a show of faith in a company??
