What the article says is the The president of the Popular Party of Extremadura, José Antonio Monago, predicts a change in the ownership in the company!!! He predicts is far cry to what you typed which I quote!!!
'it seems that the permit has been denied and Infinity is about to sell the project".
In the article this particular biased local politician then goes on to say that a voluntary suspension of its securities pending an announcement of a update on project ownership has taken place which again he is wrong as the suspension announcement doesn't say that! fair enough he's a politician using dirty tricks in his quest to stop the mine!
However you know this fine well and its just another case of you and others typing completely made up nonsense to make a point but cannot do so fairly or accurately.
