    GS were mandated to commence the formal process on 16 March, data room opened on the 30 April.

    So, if someone came in and offered 60-80c without even consulting and other interested parties, you think GS would've said, yeah sweet that'll do. i dont think so.

    bit more involved than that i think...

    further, new IRR means dust, look to the furture Chook, thats what our potential suitors will be doing...
