But you actually believe the bible is fiction (imaginary, made up)... and yet you rely on it as evidence of the spiritual realm? You contradict yourself. It's baffling.
Fair enough. There is a difference in believing the bible is fiction and taking it from a fictional perspective. There's some lovely juicy low hanging cherries in there.
The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.
I had a few of them myself when I was younger.
Oh, really, why am I not surprised? Care to share?
But I'm not about to run about with crystals in my bag and claim that there are spirits everywhere and that they are attempting to communicate with us.
I'm not about to do those things either. That would seem silly. I do like to be silly sometimes, often, whatever the mood brings. It's more socially comfortable to just fob them off. Drifting into a medium ground is........ How does it make you feel?
And to believe in the spiritual world is to believe in things such as angels and demons, and werewolves and vampires. They are all as likely to exist as a ghost or spirit.
All will be revealed I suppose, but I could see why that medium ground is kind of a little difficult for you.
People will always claim that their experiences are real and substantial and yet can never provide any actual proof that these experiences took place.
Another cherry!
On the testimony of two or three witnesses a person is to be put to death, but no one is to be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.
lol kind of put me to death ha ha
cherry picking is absurd.
How can cherries be absurd? They are absolutely delicious. I'm sure Neanderthal man sought out as many cherries as he could get. Probably migrated to where they were in abundance. Probably sniffed them out for miles amongst the white noise. Would help with instinctive intimacy too, I would expect. Here, honey, have a cherry hrmm hmmm with seductive eyes.
