Hi Cujo, I too share your concerns, I have been in this company almost since day one in one form or another FPO'S or Options now fully loaded on both.

I also heap great value on to Langes contributions to the growth of the company, so in view of his ability and knowledge of the industry I am prepared to cut him some slack, simply because it's comforting to know you have a pocket full of cash when scouting around for Goodies in this distressed market.

Having the need to go back to the market after you find something could be a deterent,sometimes quick action may be required.

So hopefully if the raising is approved he will be able to latch on to some bargains that will build the company at a suitable discount to the real cost.
