You are either misinformed or you are trying to misinform people. What was the name of the person you spoke to at the ASX?

I do not work for the ASX but am a corporate lawyer. Please read Listing Rule 15 and Guidance Note 8 at your convenience. You are talking complete rubbish and it is only the company which releases an announcement to the ASX Company Announcement Office and it is all done electronically and in 'real time' put on the public board.

The only requirement for prior ASX review comes under some specific sections of Listing Rule 15 re constitutions etc 5 days before. An announcement re still negotiating finance would not be discussed with the ASX prior as to whether it is sensitive.

There are over 1500 annoucements per day.

Please get your facts straight in future. I am happy for someone to tell me i am wrong but i want them to do so with facts .... oh i spoke to some unnamed person at the ASX / ok i spoke to the Marion directors and all is well ... concrete facts in future please - stick to your charting.
