I am hoping for at least .135 open. But it all depends upon what the announcement is and just as importantly the outcome of the meeting. I just hope that the management get the numbers they need for the proportional takeover approval provision.
Also hope the seller numbers stay low, but then there can always be off market sellers. It would be too late to get the funds back from shares sold on Tuesday 9th, in order to pay for rights by the following Friday, so there may not be many sellers.
I think the stock price could already have been higher if it wasn't for the very large sell order that was obviously placed by Advent at .105/.11 (don't remember exact amount) of about 3.5 million shares. It kept the price down so that they could acquire the shares at a much cheaper price. Fine for them but not good for the rest of the shareholders. One could safely say this was orchestrated by MEC and Advent. Not to be trusted.
