SP went up not because of NAL bid - the NAL bid has been tabled for ages - the SP went up because of PLL's association and buy in plus the offtake agreement - even without NAL win, the association won't disappear (and nor will the resource) as it is not dependent on NAL bid win.

SP also went up since the lithium sector is hotting up again with commodity price increases and since SYA is one of the few with such a low market cap and has some way to go to catch up.

SYA has grown it's tenements, drilling is on the way in the Pilbara and will have cash in hand after the rights issue - SP drop maybe, maybe not.

We've yet to see how the SP will be once the rights are converted and become part of the 'common' pool - however, depending on news flow in the interim, one hopes that trading prices will at least stay around current levels and not drop back to it's issue price - no reason why it should with cash in hand - but as usual, there will be profit takers in days following the converted shares being in market.
