janek5, I did a little more reserach and read the most recent annual report. Pretty unimpressive stuff. I punched out a very rough and ready query and sent it via email to the company. It is as follows...

After noticing the announcement of exploration licence E57 / 420 and conducting some basic research I noticed that there has been a name change for your company. I'm quite curious about the change from GENESIS BIOMEDICAL LIMITED (GBL) to BLACK RIDGE MINING LTD (BRD). Does this mean that the sepsis research that GBL was financing is to be superseded by Unaly Hill Prospect (E57/420) Farm In Agreement as the primary earning prospect for the company? Your most recent annual report states, "The company continues to seek shareholder wealth creating prospects from a broad base". Is there any more specific information available on the future direction of the company? I notice that the website is being updated. Is there an expected completion date for the website?

Also there has been some recent turnover of directors. Is this one of the influencing factors in the change of direction for the company? Can you expand on the reasons for the departure of previous directors and their replacements?


That last sentence is a bit misleading. what I'm trying to ask is why the old ones left and why the new ones were appointed.

I don't hold much hope for a reply but you never know.
