Seems amazing that we haven't really had any human results yet but it wouldn't be a big stretch to assume 327 will already be good down the track for sinusitis, particularly the drug resistant type like this poor guy. Surely even that application alone has a good price tag and maybe even orphan drug designation or similar if it is life threatening and nothing else works?? Can only dream what might happen if burns results show similar effect? Surely there is a huge value difference for the company from a single special access case to successful results from an official phase 1/2 trial on multiple patients? Awesome feeling to be back around 1.30 while still waiting the official trial results.
