Everyone's making money in the meantime (except goldbugs), it looks as if the world could be on the brink of a massive boom, and that's why stock markets and interest rates are rising.
The Federal Reserve is trying to stoke a bit of inflation, which means higher interest rates and lower gold. The last thing I need is a chunk of gold, a rising tide lifts all boats and that's probably why gold is getting a bid at the moment.
When the Federal Reserve increases interest rates, they'll be destroying money, something goldbugs simply can't get their head around.
