What are shareholders expectations for this moth's quarterly report?
To share some thoughts about this as well as the prospects of listing on another exchange this year, I start with the premise that most shareholders would hope that the opening share price on the new exchange would be roughly equal to the closing price on the ASX, lets say $1.10.
If we assume 1.1 billion shares on issue for convenience and a PE ratio of 55, this would require a projected earnings per share of 2 cents and a profit of $22 million being an increase of approx 1075% from the .17 cents per share in 2020.
On a quarterly basis this equates to a cumulative quarterly increase of 85% on the annual result for 2020 - not impossible I suppose, for who knows what the Flykk rollout will achieve especially in North America.
I would suggest that if such a trajectory is achieved in the first three quarters, then a new listing in the forth quarter would be a strong possibility regardless of the situation with the two Court proceedings. In fact a carefully worded prospectus could trivialize the long term effect of any unwelcome outcome from these proceedings on the continuing business.

    Cheers
